The documents needed to apply for entering the Romanian online gambling market
The Romanian National Gambling Office – ONJN publicilly made available a list of documentsthat each online gambling organizer has to submit at ONJN, in order to apply for the right to organize and operate online games in Romania. There is also an application form that has to accompany these documents.
After the entry into force of the law approving Government Emergency Ordinance 92/2014 these documents can be submitted and taken into discussion by the Supervisory Committee from ONJN. This institution will give the approval to organize such games till 31 December 2015.
